I love elephants! They are so cute and precious! Yet they have been hunted and killed for their tusks/ivory. From populations of over 5 million to less than 500,000 elephants left in Africa, elephants are facing extinction! Around 35,000 are killed a year or 100 elephants a day!

Last year, the world was shocked by the shootings at Nairobi’s Westgate Mall, Kenya when several gunmen went into the shopping centre and started shooting people. Many people were killed and injured. Terrorists are funded by the sales of ivory.

Please join me and say `No!’ to any ivory, whether it is an ornament, statue, religious item like rosary, prayer beads, statues, etc. When you see it being sold, please say something!
