Kevin Spacey, The Elevator Man!
I saw this poster with a quote by Kevin Spacey and liked it a lot!
So I decided to write about it and to break the quote down into parts.
- Lucky enough to do well
- Responsibility to send
- The Elevator back down
Kevin Spacey’s movie “Pay It Forward” is an interesting movie for its time and is still relevant today.
Kevin played a school teacher in the movie and asked his students to think of something that they can do to help other people. In fact, three other people. They were to tell each of those people to pay it forward to three other people. Not to pay it back, but to pay it forward.
At first the kids protested, “It’s too hard!” etc but he asked them “What if, it was possible?”
So when Kevin Spacey said, “to send the elevator back down”, what did he mean?
